  Welcome to Hidden Hills Estate Sales, LLC! We're Katie and James—a husband-and-wife team with a heart for helping others and a passion for giving meaningful items new life. Since 2022, we've been working side by side to provide compassionate, professional estate sale and clean out services across our community. We were married in April 2024, and building this business together has been a deeply personal and rewarding part of our journey.
Our path to starting Hidden Hills was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. James’s parents work closely with probates, and through them, we saw firsthand how overwhelming estate matters can be—especially when families are left to manage them alone. We've also both gone through the emotional process of handling loved ones’ belongings ourselves. We recognized a real need for estate companies that lead with honesty, compassion, and respect—and so we built one.
We highly value putting our clients first and making sure we’re doing things the right way. Each estate is different, and we take pride in offering personalized, flexible services that meet your unique needs. Whether we’re helping someone downsize, manage a full estate liquidation, or uncover lost treasures, our mission is always the same: to lighten your load and help you move forward with peace of mind.

With Katie’s background in fine jewelry—including over four years of experience and training in gemstones and diamonds—you can trust that your jewelry will be evaluated with care and expertise.
If firearms are part of your estate, James brings a strong understanding of firearm handling and safety. His knowledge ensures that those items are managed responsibly and legally, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.

What sets us apart is our thoroughness and care. We check every nook and cranny to make sure nothing valuable—or sentimental—is overlooked. We also treat every home with respect, taking extra care to move items safely and protect your space, especially when the home is being prepared for sale.
When we're not working on an estate, we love visiting other estate sales and antique fairs to hunt for unique treasures for our home—or to add to our booth. We also enjoy spending time in nature and hanging out with our energetic Belgian Malinois.
